He had to synthesize the bank, a lawyer from the unpaid HOA, the buyers and their agent, the escrow officer, and us three sellers who were in a stressed relationship. Keeping all those plates spinning, he returned documents immediately to the bank, returned messages immediately to us sellers, and figured out a maze of erroneous figures from the bank: all this in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. My husband and I thank God for Paul Crooks and his faithful work in representing our best interest in these two sales.
